Casa Quimeta: a website to explain a history of life, territory and tradition

At Dispromèdia we like to tell stories. And when they are as authentic as Marta and Miquel's, the task they entrust us with becomes an adventure. This couple came to us recently because they wanted to have a functional, attractive and well positioned website, but also capable of transmitting the emotions that have pushed them to undertake their vital and professional path. This is the origin of www.casaquimeta.com, a web project that we are very excited to share.

A house with soul in the heart of Tàrrega

Casa Quimeta is much more than a rural lodging. It is a 16th century house restored with great dedication, combining tradition and modernity. Located in the historic centre of Tàrrega (Lleida), this establishment opens its doors to anyone who wants to live an experience of calm, authenticity, and proximity. But behind Casa Quimeta there is not only a house: there is a couple with a very clear vision of what they want to offer to their customers.

This house with capacity for ten people maintains a close relationship with the traditional bakery Dit i Fet, located on the first floor of the building. There, Marta prepares cócs or other delicacies with local ingredients, most of which come from Les Comes, the family farm that Miquel cultivates with passion and respect for the land. Everything stays at home. Everything makes sense. A stay at Casa Quimeta becomes a complete experience, allowing you to immerse yourself in the local gastronomy through the handmade cakes made at Dit i Fet.

This project so rooted in the territory has been embodied in www.casaquimeta.com with Ebasnet, our own content management system. A CMS developed entirely by Dispromèdia, designed to offer self-manageable, secure and SEO optimized websites. In addition, Ebasnet allows great flexibility in terms of design and structure, which has allowed us to adapt to the specific needs of Casa Quimeta.

The website stands out for its clean and visual design, with an intuitive navigation and a clear structure. The images, the work of photographer Jaume Solé, have a leading role, as they convey the essence of the project, and the texts are designed to connect with the visitor and invite him to enter into this accommodation with capacity for groups of up to ten people.
