Irina (the blond girl) with the rest of the students this year

One of the things we’re most proud of at Dispromèdia is the fact that half of our current team first joined us as interns during the final stretch of their studies. Supporting both public and private educational centres by welcoming students eager to get their first taste of the working world is one of our company’s greatest strengths—and something we’re always happy to highlight.

That’s why we’re especially excited to see, year after year, so many young students from a wide variety of educational institutions across the province of Lleida choose Dispromèdia to expand their knowledge and gain real-world experience.

Partner Institutions

Just in the current year, half a dozen students have joined Dispromèdia to gain work experience in areas such as web development and visual media. Although this number is significant, it doesn’t beat our record of six interns working with us simultaneously—a milestone we reached in the first half of 2023.

We Also Welcome International Students

In addition to collaborating with more than a dozen high schools, technical colleges, and private institutions from towns like Tàrrega, Lleida, Mollerussa, and Cervera, we also work with local social organisations, such as the Alba Association based in Tàrrega.

This year, our web agency is proud to participate in the European ALMA project by hosting international students. For two months, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Irina, a young Ukrainian currently living in Germany, who explored the world of graphic design with us.

The goal of this initiative, managed by Alba’s European Project Centre, is to provide training to underprivileged youth—particularly those without formal education, who are still seeking their career path, and/or who face social or linguistic challenges.

A Model That Works

The fact that 50% of our team started as interns is a clear reflection of our strong commitment to student placement programmes. We offer our knowledge and expertise to help students develop new skills, explore their desired career paths, and see first-hand how academic knowledge is applied in a real professional environment.

We believe internships are an enriching experience for both sides. Interns bring fresh ideas and perspectives that help us address daily challenges in innovative ways. For us, it’s also a fantastic opportunity to discover new talent whenever we need to grow our team.

That’s why we want to extend our sincere thanks to all the educational institutions across the province of Lleida that trust us to support the professional development of their students.

Curious to know how many students have completed internships at Dispromèdia and what they think of the experience?
