What is Whistleblowing?
Whistleblowing is the Whistleblowing Channel module. According to Law 2/2023, companies that have a team of 50 or more people or those that are financed in part or in whole with public funds are obliged to adhere to this law.
This initiative responds to the requirements established by Law 2/2023, which adapts Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament (EU). In any case, we recommend you to consult with your trusted advisor to find out if it applies in the case of your company.
